Create an account for the customer at this link: https://accountmanager.watchguard.com/Login/StartRegistration
In the username field enter the name of the person requesting the trial followed by an underscore and their company name, e.g. Ingrid_Dolos
Enter the email address of the person who will be responsible for setting up the MFA trial – confirm with the customer that the correct email address is used
Use the email template to notify the customer of the next steps

You now have an active AuthPoint trial license. The 250 users from the trial license are allocated to your WatchGuard Cloud account. The trial license expires after 30 days but can be renewed once to continue services for an additional 30 days.
